Failure of acceptance of card for payment against invoice After successful linking one Visa Credit Card after many failed attempts of other cards, succeeded Test Transfer of US1$ from India to the US merchant using his e-mail account. But payment of invoice of higher amount US$4250 by clicking the invoice is not going through. It says “This card can’t be used for this transaction”. Bank has confirmed that everything fine at the bank side and also my card is fit enough for transactions. Please help.
