Facebook page - payment cannot be made

When I click on a Facebook ad the page opens via the fb app and when I try to pay for an order via smart buttons, additional payments such as blik or p24 (PL - Poland) are unavailable and returns an error such as ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE .
How to fix it?

Sorry to hear that you've run into some issues while using PayPal to complete your purchase. It seems to be a technical glitch. Such situations can be resolved by clearing your cookies, history, cache, etc. from your browser or try using a different browser/device.

This situation occurs only on mobile devices and only in third-party browsers, such as facebook webview, where the paypal window opens in a pop-up. Clearing the cache doesn't help
