“Says the email he gave me was invalid & I need to resend to another email because money did get to 1st email.”
Who says the email is invalid. PayPal or the seller?
You need resend to another email because money “did” or “didn’t” get to 1st email? Please clarify.
Do you see a transaction record for the money you sent? If money is sent to an email address not registered with PayPal, you’ll see a Pending/Unclaimed status with a cancel link on the transaction.
