Does Anyone Know How to Contact Paypal? I tried AskPaypal and Chat but None of Them Respond

Hi, I made my Paypal account in Indonesia and now I moved to the States. But somehow I can connect my bank account here in the US to my Paypal Account which I made in Indonesia. But the problem is since 2020 until now I'm not able to transfer my money from my Paypal to my bank. It always said that I don't have enough money. Other than that I'm trying to close my Paypal account so I can switch from a business to a personal account, but it always said I have a negative balance, which does not make any sense. I just used my Paypal once to test my Bank, that's it. Now I've been contacting Paypal, through AskPaypal on Facebook or through Chat on the Website but none of them give me feedback. Does anyone know how to solve my problem? Or does anyone know how to contact Paypal? to me it is kinda frustrated to try to solve this problem.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.

You can however add a U.S bank account (not card) to 'most' other countries paypal accounts. This is because paypal is a U.S company and so allows this.

Hi, thank you for your reply. Yes, I am aware of that that's why I want to close my account so I can open another one here in the states. And I know I have to withdraw and cancel any subscription also remove any financial-related on my account. But I can't withdraw my money to my bank account, that's why I wanted to contact Paypal to help me resolve that problem. But I do really appreciate your answer. Thank you 🙂

You have to do so before you move countries and if not contact cusomter services to help you as i have already advised?

However they may not be able to help as paypal is country specific.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Yes, I should do that before I move, but the thing is I'm not aware of that before and now it's too late cause I have already moved. I already ask them via chat and Facebook messenger and none of them has replied to me. That's why I need another way to contact Paypal Costumer Service to helm me with this problem and it is seems is very difficult to reach out to them.
