Yes, I should do that before I move, but the thing is I'm not aware of that before and now it's too late cause I have already moved. I already ask them via chat and Facebook messenger and none of them has replied to me. Hi, thank you for your reply. Yes, I am aware of that that's why I want to close my account so I can open another one here in the states. And I know I have to withdraw and cancel any subscription also remove any financial-related on my account. But I can't withdraw my money to my bank account, that's why I wanted to contact Paypal to help me resolve that problem. But I do really appreciate your answer. Thank you 🙂 ... View more

Hi, I made my Paypal account in Indonesia and now I moved to the States. But somehow I can connect my bank account here in the US to my Paypal Account which I made in Indonesia. But the problem is since 2020 until now I'm not able to transfer my money from my Paypal to my bank. It always said that I don't have enough money. Other than that I'm trying to close my Paypal account so I can switch from a business to a personal account, but it always said I have a negative balance, which does not make any sense. I just used my Paypal once to test my Bank, that's it. Now I've been contacting Paypal, through AskPaypal on Facebook or through Chat on the Website but none of them give me feedback. Does anyone know how to solve my problem? Or does anyone know how to contact Paypal? to me it is kinda frustrated to try to solve this problem. ... View more
