A friend sent me money to repay favor. They had a fraud issue and my transaction got listed as UNAUTHORIZED over similar date of fraud association. We both have 3 way communicated with bank and pay pal explaining transaction is authorized. Paypal now wants the money back says it's under review. how do you clear this up. We both have assured them the transaction is valid. WTF
How do you get them to contact you or respond.
Or do what they say they will,, like, oh sure we understand we will clear this up for you, then nothing.
