Currency related. Paypal adding two zeros in my price

Ive been having this issue on and off recently. It seems that paypal is incorrectly changing the currency and adding two zeros at the end of the original price in the final paying step. The process all looks normal and im agreeing to pay but then my bank messages me to authorize some hefty sum i havnt seen before. It only ever does that if its a very high amount which proves that it is indeed that number and not just some error. Im using the icelandic krona. I saw one person asking the same answer year ago and they got no reply. Its moronic that paypal cant pay people to assist via direct message. Example : I buy something for 30 bucks. Thats 3.921 krona. It then adds two zeros = 392100 which is in us almost 3000 dollars. So no i cant just risk it and hope its a glitch.
