On my part, even I click the more option behind the current currency. There's no action showing. I clicked it multiple times and there's nothing happened.

Same thing has happened to me. I cannot convert my money into US dollars, the button does not work. Have called numerous times to Paypal customer service, they are trying to help. One supervisor did manage to convert my money last month in September but same problem has occurred again this month.

hi, is there anyway I can contact english speaking customer support? I have been changing the currency, but the moment I reload the website, is back again. I tried calling, but no customer service was provided in other languages but German
