Hello, If someone can help me. I installed an app and paid for it (one year subscription) Now I was charged again without had agreed to that. In my list of automatic payments this website site wasn't there. I already try to ask for my money back and the answer was No. Even if I didn't give any authorization for the automatic payment. Now the case is closed and I don't know what to do. I also contacted the app and cancelled everything...they didn't reply. How can I reopen it? Thanks a lot in advance for any help.
