Cant Request payment (only send)

Im from Ukraine and trying to fund our volunteering project. How do I get a link so others could transfer money to my account?

There is only "Send" button, not "Send & Request". And it looks like I can only send payments.

Welcome to the PayPal community and thank you for your post.

If your PayPal account is registered in the Ukraine, you can only sends funds from the account. You will be unable to receive funds I'm afraid. 

Establishing our service in each country involves complex changes due to different regulations in each of these countries. Our International Team is working hard to expand our services as rapidly as possible.
