Cannot locate my balance on my account

I am having a problem locating my balance under Dashboard, Send & Request, Wallet, etc... I have read numerous help files, but the instructions don't match what I see on my screen.. my balance just does not exist.  I am using a current Firefox browser on Windows 10 and have tried on Linux as well.

 

I have been a PP user for a number of years, usually to purchase goods, this time I'm attempting to sell something.  I have a linked bank account that I want to transfer the funds into once received.  Paying for services works just fine, but, it is my understanding that even if my balance is $00.00, it should see that somewhere and I don't.

 

Any help would be appreciated!

If you have never set up a balance account now needed in the U.S when you sell then it won't show.

When you sell and receive your first payment you will get 2 options.

First is to set up a balance account to hold your funds in a balance in your paypal account.

Second is to have any funds received into your paypal account auto transferred to your linked and confirmed bank account.

 

If you do the first option you will have a balance account.


Advice is voluntary.
