Cannot disable settlement withdrawal. Button does not appear on screen. Called Customer support and Matt directed me here and told me to post my question here for assistance. I don't want my money to be automatically transferred, id prefer to do it myself so I can keep an eye on expenses.

I do understand your concern with this. To disable Settlement Withdrawals, you must contact our Customer Support. They will have the option to manually do this for you. I am sorry if you were given the incorrect information before.
