Account disabled cant withdraw funds for 180 days

Hello everyone, my friend sent me some money and shortly after my account was disabled for violating the tos. They said they detected me using cash advance which made no sense at all when i am the one receiving the money. Now my account is disabled, i can't do anything. Can i have the money refunded back to my friend instead of waiting the 180 days
