Transaction ID not found and no record in activity

Hi, so about 3 months ago I bought something via PayPal and I got an email with a receipt and everything. But now when I go to the email and click on the transaction ID link, it takes me to a page that says "That page doesn't seem to exist". The transaction also does not appear in my activity log, meaning I am not able to dispute it or log any form of complaint. Is there any way I can access that transaction so that I can dispute it or get a refund as the product still hasn't arrived after several months and I have gotten no email response from the seller.

Welcome! I'm sorry to hear a recent transaction isn't going quite as planned. Normally you should be able to open a dispute in the Resolution Center. However, since it sounds this transaction may have been completed as a guest, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams to look into opening a dispute. They can be reached by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
