How do i retrieve my permanently disabled bank account after rejected withdrawal?

Hi there, I'm quite a new user of PayPal as i've only been using the website for my commission works lately.

A few days ago I tried withdrawing some money from my account to my local bank account, after waiting a few days I received an email saying that my withdrawal has been rejected with the reason being "Invalid Bank Account Information". I tried looking up for the reason why and came across a few posts saying that it might be because the name im using for my paypal account is different from my bank account. Which was completely my fault because I did not include my middle name on my paypal account. Then I changed my account name to match the name on my bank account and I thought the problem would be solved but turns out I can no longer connect my bank account to my paypal wallet.

I tried reaching out to PayPal costumer service to solve this problem, but they said that my bank account is permanently disabled and i can no longer use that bank account. The thing is, i have no other bank account i can connect to my paypal and thus i have no way to withdraw the money i got from my work. Does rejected withdrawal really cause your bank account to be permanently disabled? Are there no other ways to get my bank account back so I can get my money?

Sorry for the lengthy post, i am extremely confused and frustrated by this and i hope this problem can be solved soon. Thank you in advance!

Can you link and withdraw to a debit card in your country instead?

If not can you send it to a family member using the f/f option if you have it in your country for them to withdraw for you?
