Can't withdraw from my bank into my paypal account

I've been trying to move money from my bank into my paypal account for the first time and it's not letting me, everytime I try it I get an error message on my banking page, I've deleted and readded my card and bank account to paypal and nothing has helped, can anyone help with this? I've never had issues withdrawing from paypal into my bank

I have the same problem.. very frustrating and bad publicity for PayPal.. errors everywhere and no-one is responding..

I've only linked my paypal with my bank account to withdraw from there today and have just reread the email I got about it and saw this part, will I have to wait a few days to be able to transfer the money then?
