I can't send my PayPal balance it's said error

Are the funds cleared and not pending?

Are the funds in the correct currency the seller receives?

Have you marked your balance as your primary funding source?

Yes all correct problem is I can't withdraw my balance it says limited

Would have been useful to have said you were limited in the first place.

Then you would have to resolve any limitations before you could withdraw the funds.

Normally you go to the resolution centre to do so unless its a permanent limitation and then you may have to wait 180 days.
