Can't connect debit card to instant, but connects to standard transfer

Hi,

I tried to withdraw money, which is urgent. I tried to use instant transfer which doesnt seem to work. There was no error message when connecting to instant, it even says its successful. Then, my debit card I just assigned to instant, doesn't appear. I was assigning the same card as I have on standard (prior assigned).

Then I tried removing card from standard and then assigning the same card to instant transfer. The card then assigned itself to standard transfer leaving instant transfer option empty. I live in Croatia. I've tried this on both browser (PC and phone) and on phone PP app.

I do understand your concern with this. To withdraw your funds from a Croatian PayPal account, you can use a Visa card registered in Croatia or a US bank account.

 

To withdraw to your Visa card, you would need to confirm it first. Simply follow the steps here to confirm your card.

 

If your card still does not appear for your withdrawal after you have confirmed it, it could mean your card is not eligible for withdrawals. In this case, I would suggest you try adding an alternative card.
