Instant Transfer Standard Mastercard Problem

Ive been trying for the last 2 days to do an instant withdraw, it gives me this 

Custom service is not available, i dont think its my card, its just standard debit Mastercard

In some countries you can only withdraw to a visa credit card, maybe you are in one of those countries?

Try adding and confirming a credit visa and try again?
