Can I cancel a paymet in a 30-day payment plan if I have not received the purchased items?

Hi there, 

I have purchased online clothes from H&M Greece to be delivered to a store, but due to a  personal matter, I needed to leave the country and so I have never picked up the order. I had choosen to pay after 30 days and the payment is dued tomorrow. I would like to cancel the payment, because the H&M could not cancel the order anyway. The bot said that I cannot cancel this type of orders and I don´t know what to do. Wait for the money to be transfered and then again come back? (How stupid is this !!)

You would need to contact the merchant and request a cancellation of order and refund.

However unlikely they will do so if the goods were as described and you made the order.

Paypal only covers you for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described.

in my case worked fine at the end. The goods were delivered to the pick up location (because the merchant didn’t want to cancel the order) then they were paid, then went back to the merchant by the staff of the pickup location and 15 days later the merchant returned the money.
