Hi, Is there a way to block a specific merchant prior to them charging a paypal account? Manly looking at https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/autopay/ but I believe the merchant dosen't show up until after an initial charge.

While there isn't a way to block merchants prior to being charged, if an automatic payment is setup from the initial purchase with them, you are able to edit these and delete them.
