Bank showing PP Transaction, PP not showing this transaction.

My personal bank statement is showing a PayPal transaction has cleared, however I'm not showing this payment/transaction in my PayPal account at all. I haven't received any receipts from PayPal or any notifications that a payment was made that matches the bank statement. The bank statement shows the PayPal logo, but again no such transaction shows in my PayPal account, just in my bank account. I was going to use the resolution center but I have no charge in PayPal to dispute - it's only showing in my bank account. Can anyone help me with this issue? Any help is appreciated.

I'm sorry you're having trouble with a transaction. From the reading of the post, it sounds like the purchase may have been processed as a guest checkout. This Help Center article you may find useful is: I have a problem with my PayPal transaction, but I can't find it on my PayPal account. What do I do? If you have not authorized this transaction, please report the transaction by contacting our Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal webpage.
