Bank Account Not Showing As Payment Option

I was able to use it once as a payment option, for for almost every site, it doesn't show up, and I don't know why

Have you had a failed bank transfer or negative balance at all recently?

No, No I haven't, and sometimes it shows up and works fine, but after I do it once, it just usually goes away again

Thank you for clarifying that. I am glad you haven't had any recent issues related to that bank account. I'd recommend checking to make sure the bank is still linked and confirmed to your PayPal account. In this situation, it's best to reach customer support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available if you send a DM to @AskPayPal on Twitter or a PM to facebook.com/PayPal.
