Automatic payment once user's balance less than certain amount in my app

Hi, I am Bhupendra from India. I am working in a business where we accept payments through paypal and recharge user's wallet at our system but now we are planning for automatically recharge user's wallet once user's balance is less than a specified amount. So Is there any system on paypal to charge user automatically ?
