I have just checked my bank account and I have been charged £13.55 from PayPal! 😞 when I check on my transactions on PayPal there aren't any transactions of £13.55, in fact I haven't bought anything via PayPal in months. What do I do? And how do I get my money back as I haven't agreed to paying anything for £13.55.
