Manage pre-approved payments link is not working

I want to manage autopay on my PayPal but The link for Manage pre-approved payments is not working on my Paypal. when I click them, it will return to home page. Can someone help me?

same here! it's not working since several days. I will not use my paypal till I'll be not able to change the currency conversion not to waste my money!
