Virtual Terminal - vanishing payments

This is possibly not the right place to post this, but I wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing disappearing payments made via Virtual Terminal?

I have 16 transactions which total almost £6000 that I processed via VT over the weekend.  Each payment was paid into my account, but then it was taken out again when I processed another payment.

PP tell me that this problem has been escalated to a technical team, however after numerous phone calls and emails they are still not acknowledging in writing that there is a problem.

Payments are cleared, they go into the account and the balance adjusts positively with the transaction total.  When I have made another transaction, the previous VT amount is deducted and then the second amount is credited.  In some cases where the previous transaction was more than the second transaction this has resulted in my balance reducing from where it was before I processed the second transaction!

Is there anyone else who is experiencing this?  I would appreciate knowing if PP has given you any indication of when this will be remedied, as they simply wont/cant tell me.

I have payments that need processing today, but I have no idea if VT is properly working so I am loathe to process these.  So I would also appreciate knowing if there is anyone who has experienced this problem over the weekend, but who has since been able to process VT transactions and have the funds remain in their account.

Hi there KellySM1,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community!

I am sorry to hear that your are facing this issue with VT. If you have already contacted our Customer Service and they have escalated your issue to the relevant team, your best option would be to wait for answer from them as I am sure that they will be in touch as soon as there is an update.

As this is a user-to-user forum, I am unable to provide you with specific information regarding your account. Thank you for your patience while we sort out this problem for you!
