I don't ship as often as many of you, but when I do, I need to get the package out.  I printed one label from the new convoluted ebay system with only a few small oddities, but since then (about 1:30 this afternoon, Eastern time) I cannot print another!  I get an error message that the shipping page is temporarily unavailable and to try again.

Shipping through Paypal was so easy, and such a gift for someone (ME!) who cannot get to the post office easily.  This just makes me really angry.

Looks like eBay realized there were problems with the new eBay Shipping Center and as of this morning, I can access the old PayPal shipping page.  Hallelujah!!!

Let's hope it's permanent and not just a temporary rollback while they continue to push the horrible and massively inefficient and convoluted eBay version.

And now that I just shipped 50 things, I went back in and there is no tracking number info for any label I printed....@$^@#%^!@#%^ What the #%^

How am I supposed to track packages?

Now I have to go back through and enter the tracking numbers by hand?? Not all my items are sold through ebay so where are these tracking numbers recorded?

It totally ruined my morning. I had 3 packages to ship and what normally would have taken me a few minutes wasted about an hour and a half of my time. I payed the postage on the first one and my browser--Firefox--froze for a few minutes and when it recovered and got to the label page, there was a print button but no label. I tried to reprint and I got error messages from Adobe Acrobat. I finally had to void the label which is going to hang the money up for more than a week. I ended up printing address labels with a word processor and taking the packages to the post office.

There is a comment button on the shipping label page and you can comment before the shipping is paid so I clicked each Print Shipping Label link when I got home and sent them several very specific comments on how bad the new shipping label system was and that I objected to being a beta tester without my consent.

And Guess what, I logged into Paypal and checked the link on the one package I've yet to ship and I got the old page back. I hope it stays that way.

Same exact thing happened to me today. Three pkgs...shoulda taken 5 mins. But NOOOOOOOOOOOOO. And just found out that if I go to my PayPal account, you cannot tell the pkgs were shipped unless I go into the actual transaction. I've been using PayPal for 8 years, but I'm also considering jumping ship real quick. I don't have the time or energy for them to play around with this. It took them over a year to get the large flat rate boxes on there, and now this. Uggggghhhhh

Us, too. November 8, 2011. Nothing but problems. Posted in detail on another thread. FREE SHIPPING? That was not correct. Where to leave a message for the customer? No place to do it. Horrific format, and label did not print. Wasted a lot of precious time. PayPal - help!

Ditto what everybody else has said.  No tracking info is particularly bad for us.

This is a nightmare!!!  I encountered this for the first time tonite.  What normally takes me a half hour took me over 3 hours.  Tried printing out international labels and it printed out a bunch of gibberish on the custom form for item description.  The format is utterly terrible.  There is nothing positive about this at all.  Ended up having to print labels directly through USPS website.  Way too much time wasted.  Ruined my entire nite.  Was never notified that these changes were coming.  Also can't find any information regarding this update anywhere on Ebay's website or Paypal's.  This is comletely unprofessional and ridiculous.  ****PLEASE CHANGE BACK TO OLD FORMAT PAYPAL!!!!******
