I've tried searching for this but so far no luck. I have a customer from Germany that made a purchase on ebay from me and would like to ship the item to the US. I've had a few other orders over the years like this but we are having problems figuring out how to change his shipping address in PayPal to the US. The buyer has 100% feedback with thousands of feedbacks so he seems legit. Of course I want to makes sure I use signature confirmation since the item is over $250. Any ideas on how to accomplish this?
