Made a purchase on Ebay recently after not using my account for some time. Thought my new debit card was in the system but it wasnt. After calling and trying to resolve this, I made payment on Paypal with the new card. Received a notice from collection agency that I still owed. According to another call to Paypal, seller protection paid the first go around and when I made payment from correct card, seller was paid twice! Now they want me to pay again! Seems to me, if the seller was paid twice, then he needs to pay back the other payment. Paypal said that I need to contact the seller and work this out! On my paypal statement, it clearly shows my payment! Needless to say, I will not pay for the same item twice! And Paypal offers no feasible solution. So, my Paypal account can show a negative balance and I will not use or recommend Paypal again!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased item (one) on Oct 28 and paid that day. Bank reciept identifies payment to Paypal on Oct 28 2010. Paypal sends notice with deadline of Nov. 13 2010 to make another payment. The item transaction # is 72A69692ML25727OA. In spite of sending in notices to paypal and seller the payment, 2nd. is still outstanding. How do you get this corrected. HELP

satisfied,
It sounds as if your PayPal payment has gone through, but eBay hasn't marked the item as paid. While I understand you have notified PayPal, the best thing to do is to take the transaction ID and get in touch with eBay cusotmer service. That way they can review your account and locate the payment.
Hope this helps,
Adrian
