So I tried buying something off ebay, and after I paid with paypal, I went to check my email. There were two emails from paypal, one saying that my payment was denied because I had reached my sending limit of $0.00, and that I needed to get verified in order to send money, and another email containing a receipt saying that I had paid the seller I had just bought from.
I'm confused, I'm not sure if my payment really went through, even though my paypal balance has gone down the right amount and I got a receipt...
