i made some purchases on ebay and microsift via paypal, i receintly changed my primary funding (my fault). there was no money in the account or in the fund, well it was a chase savings account and they declined the payment, and then paid for it, and i thought i would just get the bank fees (which i still dont like) 3 days later paypal tried again, unsucessfuly, and then charged me fees for this. i do have to contact my bank, but i could not find a way to stop these payment from happening, all of the people who were supposed to recieve payment did, i dont understand why i am being charged these fees and should not have to pay them!
can someone please help me with this?
