Problem sending payment.

I have tried several times to send a payment and continue to get the same error. There is no further explaination given for the error but the one below. Has anyone else had this problem?

I have been getting this error for a few weeks now.
I am told the technitions are working on it.
I am seeing many posts in this forum related to various issues with payment types.

Have you heard anything else? There is one payment I am trying to make that never goes through despite sending money to this person less than a week ago. I also received an invoice that I could not pay due to the error, but was able to send money directly. I am getting tired of this!

I'm having the same errors, just started tonight, trying to pay someone. I then tried to send a small payment to two friends as a 'test' and getting the same errors!
While I appreciate the security, what's the use of making my account so secure that I can't actually use it? I suppose it's a pretty novel way to keep your money safe - don't let you spend it! XD
