Hello. I am talking to someone about buying his car and he wants me to pay by Paypal. I got an email with an invoice number and in the email it says that payment must be made in cash and submitted by Money Gram to PayPal. It gives a Paypal agent detail for a person in FL. It also says not to tell Money Gram that it is going to PayPal but to say that the money is going to a friend. Does this sound legit or could it be a fraud?
