Funds Taken out of Wrong Account!!

Today, I purchased a Buy it Now item on Ebay.  I CLEARLY Requested that the money be debited from one of my 2 Verified Bank Accounts, but Instead, Stupid PayPal, seeing that I had over $100 in my actual PayPal Account, took the money out of THAT instead!!  I am **bleep** off!!  I have Tons of money in Both my Verified Accounts, so why did PayPal go Against my Wishes like that??  Now, I have to go Back into my Account register and add back that amount, which is a real pain....what's going on here anyway???

When there is an available balance in your PayPal account, that is the primary method of funding for any transaction. The balance cannot be bypassed in favor of using your bank instead. On the page that comes up for you to review and confirm completion of the payments, it would have displayed the information regarding the use of the balance. It would not have been possible to elect to use your bank if your balance was sufficient to fund the transaction.
