I keep getting prompted to do that when I try to pay for my subscription to the online game Star Trek Online. I don't have a credit card though, and the whole point of me using PayPal is to buy things online without ever giving away my personal information.
I not only bought the game with PayPal, but I also spent money on the game's site just a month before, and now suddenly the thing is broken and giving me this ridiculous message when I have more than enough money already on my account to pay for the transaction.
How can I get it to see the money I have in my account and get out of my face with the credit card prompt? My subscription is ended and I haven't been able to renew for three days, and this isn't the first time I've had such troubles, but a few extra tries at it usually resolved the issue. If this keeps up, I'll have to find an alternative way to pay that's actually as convenient and trouble-free as advertised.

PayPal works fine for everything I need it to, but it's going on four days now and I can't make a payment to a game I paid into just a couple weeks ago.
Is this a known problem? Does anyone have this problem, and is there any way I can possibly fix it? This is driving me insane, I have the money and I can't pay.
