Helou everyone i have a problem i cant recive money i have verfied visa electron and i am in county that can recive money , bosnia and herzegovina . i tried many time to cashout money but same error everytime

Payment blocked by PayPal: Recivers adresss is in a non-receivable country or a PayPal zero Country (3148)

What should i do pleaseee help . And my friend have the same card its frome same country and he can recive money . HELPP

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.

You can receive money to your account in Bosnia and Herzegovina but in addition to confirming the card you must select the card as a withdrawal source. Normally you will see that option in the Wallet section in your account but you can also follow these steps:

1. Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Old account view at the bottom of the page.
3. Click Profile near the top of the page.
4. Click My money.
5. Click Manage automatic transfer beside 'PayPal balance.'
6. Select the bank account or card you want to use and click Make Default.
