I'm afraid that it is not possible to change your PayPal.me details or replace them. Once you set up the link it is connected to your account. If you haven't used your PayPal account yet you could close that and open a new one. You'll find more FAQs for PayPal.me here https://www.paypal.me/pages/faqs .
