I Need help with fixing this error Receiver's address is in a non-receivable country or a PayPal zero country

Well it won't be fixed if the person you are sending to can't receive paypal payments.

What country are they in as not all countries can receive paypal.

In egypt and i checked its available 4 sending and recieving money
