I am not being able to send anything. Paypal say my account been fully restored and I should be able to send money yet

Please stop opening new threads, you are not the only person wanting help.

I have already told you on your other thread that you can't use funds in your paypal balance if you have not verified your paypal account with a back up card etc.

I currently dont have a active bank account nor do I have a card. Hence why I would like to use Paypal. You say I am in a catch 22?

I am strqnded in Beligum, relative was going to help me and sent me money on Paypal

Get them to send you some money via western union or moneygram.

I used those methods when my son was travelling all over the world and needed more money on a regular basis !!

Also paypal is country specific so if you have a UK paypal account its unlikely you can use it in Belgium.
