STILL the account is somehow limited and I cant send the money I was going to send. This message comes up no matter what amount I try to send with a big exclamtion mark +++++++++++++++ We can’t send your payment at the moment. If you keep running into this issue, please contact PayPal. If you continue to encounter problems, please contact Customer Service.
