Cannot receive payments in my country

Hi everyone. First of all, my english isnt very good, but i'll try to be clear.

I'm from Algeria, someone tried to send funds on my PayPal account, and it said that my country is not supported by PayPal.

So i made some research, and i found a post that was talking about the same thing, and in that post i found this link that shows what each country can do with PayPal

Now the post i've seen was talking about Ukraine, and if you select Ukraine in the list, you'll see that you can only send funds.

However, if you select Algeria, you'll see that I should be able to send, receive, and withdraw funds.

But there is a difference between Algeria and countries like the US and UK. In the latter, there is an additional line saying "Localized : PayPal is translated and fully adapted to your country or region."

So i guess PayPal isn't fully adapted to Algeria, but if receiving funds isn't supported here why does it say it is on the link ?

In short, I want to know exactly what I can do with PayPal in my country, and the above link isn't clear about it.

This is the UK forum, not sure how we are going to know more about what is available in Algeria than you are who is actually in Algeria.

Why not email your own customer services?

Oh right. Its just that I clicked on "Sending and receiving money" above from a post i've found and started a new post. I thought it was something global and didnt pay attention to the fact that it was only UK (I'm also not really used to forums). Sorry and thanks anyway.
