Ok it's not a lot but it was going towards a purchase on eBay so I had £17.10 in my PayPal account I've then tried to purchase an item I won from the states totalling around £50 so I click pay now and it takes me to the payment page so after I click pay now I get an error and checkout is not complete as in I haven't paid for the item yet but the £17.10 has now disappeared from my PayPal account why? I've checked the history and there's no history for that transaction so where has it gone?
