Hi how can I get my limitation lifted please I only want to withdraw my balance to send back to the people whose money it is as im having threats

If there is a limitation on your PayPal account, you would need to go to the Resolution Centre on your account to complete the required steps. When you complete the steps, you will then receive an update via email from the relevant teams when there is any new information.
