Funds not appearing in balance from Bank Account

I sent money directly from my UK bank account to my PayPal with PayPal as a payee.

PayPal says it can take upto 2 hours but it has now been 13 hours, the funds have completely left my bank account but not appeared in my PayPal balance?

Is there anything I can do.

Actually in the UK when you click on add funds it says this ........

Funds will usually be available in your PayPal account within a few minutes. (However, please allow up to 4 working days, depending on your bank.)

But when the money takes 4 days it doesn't leave my account or it will be in pending.

The money is completely gone this is different.
