Paypal wallet stuck

Hello,

Because my Paypal account is limited, I'm unable to transfer my wallet balance and add another card.

Can someone assist me asap? I wasted 2 hours on Paypal today trying to sort out and need to talk to them in a week.

Well thats why the purpose of limiting your Paypal account to stop you withdrawing funds etc.

Suggest you contact customer services to resolve things.
