I'm not able to recieve payments to my Paypal account, the website that is sending the money said that there is an error in my paypal account and they received this error: "Receiver's address is in a non-receivable country or a PayPal zero country"
error code 3148.
I have checked that i can receive money in Egypt. And i have linked my account with a valid credit card "MasterCard" and Paypal withdrew 1.5 Eur from it and then refunded it to my paypal account.
I ja sam iz BiH i radim preko Upworka, i imam isti problem kao i ti i već ga mjesec dana pokušavam riješit ali bezuspješno!
Znači idem prebacit novac s Upworka na Paypal i javi mi onu grešku "Paypal zero country..bla bla bla" - i nikako ne uspjevam riješit problem a oni mi samo šalju klasični FAQ.
Kartica mi je aktivirana, adresa je isto OK pa pomalo već ludim!
@ivevil, I have the same problem receiving money to my Paypal and I'm also from Bosnia. What did put for region? I put Bosnia and Herzegovina, what else do I have to put?

In order to start receiving money you need to make sure that you have a Visa card or US bank account selected to which you will receive withdrawals. In the Summary page of your PayPal account, complete the steps suggested in the bar under your name and we’ll help you get set up.
