I have over 100 pounds in my account, yet I cannot buy anything. I thought this might be a problem with ebay, but its with other sites also? Just get a 'we cant complete your payment at this time' erorr message. Really starting to annoy me now, I am not even trying to buy expensive things, the payments that have refused to go through have been for a pair of curtains for a tenner, and a box of pullups for 20. I have more than enough in my available balance to pay for these things so am at a total loss as to what the problem actually is 😞
I also cannot send payments to friends, as I tried that to see if a mate would buy the item for me...but thats blocked also
