I've a problem with Web Payments Pro that the knuckle heads at PayPal seem unable to fix. Is there some sort of escalation procedure available to the paying customer?
The agents on the phone are hopeless and never ever respond when they promise to.
This is costing me sales, PayPal are hopeless and their customer service is dreadful.

I am also loosing countless sales thanks to paypal not geting back to me after countless atempts at contact. Its apallingly bad, am now looking into other payment options

It's been 3 weeks now since I reported the problem and absolutely no resolution yet, Paypal are useless. SagePay is looking like a much better option.
It's a good story for my customer satisfaction workshops though. As they say, a bad customer experience travels like wildfire so this will go down alongside my BT experience as the worst customer service ever.
I'll make sure all my clients know about my 'wonderful' PayPal customer service.
