how can I add an option for international shipping costs to my buy it now button ?

I am selling one item on my site and have managed to add a paypal 'buy it now' button but I can't find anyway to change the postage price for when people buy from overseas.  Can anyone advise me ?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
